Our company has had a storage unit at this facility for some time now.  We have no problems or issues to complain about.  I must say though, the star at this facility is Cat Rogers!  I have had many, many conversations with Cat requesting help of one kind or another....many that required a lot of her time.  No matter the request, she always comes thru...promptly.   Every time I call, she was (and still is) super courteous and most professional.  She in my opinion is the KEY CONTRIBUTOR at this facility.  She is definitely a huge asset!

My son used SS after freshman year and it was easy and affordable. Cat was very helpful when I called with questions.  We will definitely use them again next summer.

We have stored our stuff now 3 years in a row during summer break. Its very convenient to Xavier University. Clean facility, no issues with vermin, everything was as we left it. This year we had a car to store so we talked to the manager Cat. She called us when she was down to the last unit of the size we needed. She's proactive and helpful.

Very easy, pleasant experience booking and renting a unit, thanks to the manager, Cat Rogers, who is very helpful and responsive. The facility is clean and accessible; information is clear and concise. I found the prices more reasonable than other facilities as well.
