The customer service at Simply Storage was awesome!

My wife and I want to thank Jamie for making our difficult move easier.  Jamie was able to provide us not just 1 storage unit but 3 in the same day.  Her flexibility, understanding, and friendliness was refreshing and appreciated.

I visited Jamie Saturday morning looking for a storage facility to use. As soon as I walked in the door I was instantly comfortable. Jamie was super friendly and you could tell knew her job very well. She helped me narrow down a size & showed me around her property. Everything was very neat & clean & Jamie was beyond helpful. I am not quite ready to rent a space because I am unsure of my move date but she made me feel at ease & I will definitely be coming back when I'm ready to move.

The best customer service I have received from any company or organization.  The property manager Jamie is outstanding.  Corporate needs to give her a promotion/raise.  Employees like here are hard to find.
