This has been the best rental facility I have ever used. 
The staff has been really supportive and very helpful and extremely friendly. I couldn't ask for a better company to store my precious belonging with. 
Linda the manager has been nothing but professional and charming. 
If you need a storage facility use this one,  they treat you like family..... Love you folks,  thanks for everything.

I came here on 11/05/17 and the girl working there, melody answered all of my questions professionally and very kindly. This company is the best place for storage and customer service. I came and the attendant was very sweet, and the units were amazingly well kept up. Great place!

Linda was wonderful. Madison helped everything go smoothly. Zero thefts on record. Checked out the units. Gated, security cams, strong locks, and ground inclined for rain.

Lin has gone above and beyond for our family,  but I feel sorry for her and her team. Last month, I was paying my bill and this pretensions older guy walks in and doesn’t say a word to the her or me. He dumps a tons of papers on the counter and mumbles things under his breath. I feel like that was very unprofessional and rude. I’ve been told that he is the one of the owners of this establishment, but he needs to leave his sass at the Copa, and be nice to the customers who pays his salary.

I would love to rate this more, but it’s the owners fault.
