Story

Simpson and Associates Real Estate was founded in 1985 by Jerry and Gail Simpson.

Former teachers from eastern Kentucky, they moved to Frankfort in 1967 to raise their family. Both are graduates of Eastern Kentucky University and Jerry has done graduate work at the University of Kentucky. Jerry began his real estate career in 1975 and opened Simpson and Associates Real Estate in 1985. In 1993, they joined the Century 21 family and have received the coveted Century 21 Quality Service Award every year since 1993.

Century 21 Simpson & Associates is a member of the Lexington Board of REALTORS®, Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS®, CENTURY 21 Commercial® properties, Kentucky Association of REALTORS®, and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.

We have helped people, like you, with the buying and selling of homes in Central Kentucky and adjacent areas for over 30 years. We love being part of our community and we hope to continue to serve all of the area's real estate needs for years to come.
