Absolutely terrible customer service.

The receptionist went totally against what the instructions set up by the home owner to contact me for proposals. She was EXTREMELY incompetent and spent a week trying to contact him and he didn’t answer because he is extremely busy. Only after a week did she reach out to me, late on a Friday afternoon. There was a reason why he had instructed them to go through me. 

After I told her on the phone to go through me she got extremely rude and said that they would keep on contacting him. I understand to sign forms but this is just for proposals that I would be showing him.

Absolutely terrible.

When the technicians come out, they have always treated me and my family with the utmost respect and honor as they work.  Despite the sometimes extreme condition of the need for repair, they always seem to have a positive attitude and work cooperatively with us to get the job done.  I highly encourage you to choose Sinclair for any HVAC or Plumbing needs you may encounter in the future.

We recently had our 20 year old heating & A/C unit replaced by Sinclair.  We were very pleased with their service, and the technicians could not have been more courteous and professional.  I highly recommend Sinclair  Heating & Air Conditioning.

The reaction to my phone call was very fast (within 1 hr) and the service man (Wes) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I would call Sinclair Heating again if I were to have any problems with my heating/air conditioning problems.

Got home about 3pm to discover that the air conditioner had gone out and it was about 80 deg in the house. I called Sinclair and the young lady said they would have a technician out as soon as one was free. It is 5:30, the young man just left and we are cool again. He found the problem and fixed it in about 40 min. We have always had good service from Sinclair. Thank you!
