Great service, extremely knowledgeable and professional, very fair pricing, and completely reliable.  Jim (owner), Dave (field tech), and Pam (office manager) were all great to work with.  I built a house in Clarke County in 2014-15 on a parcel that had an existing well.   Jim and Dave tested the water, replaced the pump, and installed a pressure tank and water treatment system.  Very highly recommended.

I called Singhas and Michael, late in the afternoon, for an emergency situation with my well.  I spoke with Jim who went out of his way to track down a crew who could get out to my home the same day.   I was difficult to reach and he tried contacting me in multiple ways (voicemail, text...) to make sure I was aware of their arrival status.  I could tell from our initial call that he was concerned about my issue and spent time trying to understand the situation.  It was immediately obvious that he and his team would do great work and I wasn't disappointed.  I can highly recommend Jim's team at Signhas and Michael and will be using them again in the future.

We had a top notch experience with Jim and Pam at Singhas & Michael in connection with digging a new well on completely undeveloped land.  Very patient in answering our questions, were accommodating in meeting our tight timeline, and Jim identified the spot that struck water at only 260 feet, yielding 100+ GPM in Middleburg.  Excellent service

Completely unresponsive.  When my call was not returned after 24 hours, I called again.  All the lady who answered the phone would say is that she would take another message.  When I asked whether my call would be returned, she responded "I don't know."  Apparently this place has all the business it needs.  I'll go elsewhere.
