Singing River Healthplex is a 24,000 sq. ft. Medically-based Fitness and Wellness Facility. Highly trained and certified Exercise Physiologists oversee over 80 pieces of state of the art fitness equipment and 50 group exercise classes/week. The Healthplex offers spa and babysitting services, a 3 lane 25 yard indoor lap pool, a warm water therapy pool, and hot tub/whirlpool.

I love this gym! It's convenient for me, clean, and just like the CHEERS bar, everybody knows my name. Being a member gives you  access to their lap pool and the group exercise classes. There are degree certified trainers that can help you with the equipment, your form, and for an extra cost some personal 1:1 or group training. Whether you want to go in and do your thing and get out; or go get a work out in, shower, and then get a massage, this is the place.

I go there for physical therapy and these girls and boys are there to help and really keep me motivated

Fantastic gym, I mostly go for the pool, but they have the essentials readily accesible

I'm so HAPPY that my home has a place where you can go to work out. I'm prior military and was glad I didn't have to go all the way to Biloxi.

Plenty of parking. Great gym. Clean and spacious locker room. Huge jacuzzi.
