Public bus system needs an over haul. Like a scheduled for Sundays cause people who have to use the bus system. Probably have things they need to do on Sundays and walking miles at a time makes it impossible for many. Another thing you need to extend your hours of operations on all routes. And instead of remodeling your downtown bus station. Maybe you should hire more drivers to fill the demand of the growing community of Sioux Falls. Also this bus system needs to start to implement bus transfers stubs like other cities. Cause your customer really don't like having to pay a $1.50 each time they get on a bus that's for the public. Also adding more routes to the areas of Sioux Falls that have no routes and adding more buses to your more busy routes. So people with bikes have an opportunity to get a bus with in 15 minutes of the first bus that may have had it's bike rack full. I think if these issues were addressed customers satisfaction would increase and people would want to ride the bus more often.

I've NEVER seen a city with such rude and hateful bus drivers! I'm going back down south to Norfolk, VA to where the people are friendly! I believe people in SD look down on you if you dont have a car!
