Will never be flying here again.
This place was so painful and stupid that I have to laugh to mask my undying rage.
Soux city is perhaps the worst airport I've ever been to.
Security is a joke, and not a funny one.
The airport is drab and looks poorly maintained, the interior was very poor.
Security.... Did many things to make our travel worse, including a random pat search that was egregious and removing medicine from our cases without notification of such.

Today, this poor airport had a technical issue on their 6am flight. The guy and girl that helped solve all the issues were very kind and they did all they could to find us new flights or get us out. It was a bit crazy and even in dealing with customers who were extremely unhappy, they did it with grace. They worked super hard! The airport is small and doesn't have anything to do, but the chairs are comfy, the wifi is free, and the staff is very kind!
