SUPER NASTY PEOPLE These people are nasty, super nasty. I thought I was calling the local PD when I mistakenly dialed the wrong phone number and was actually calling Sippel Law. (their phone numbers are only one digit different) The person who answered the phone at Sippel Law was very rude. I said, "I am calling to report a radical driver." She responded, " We don't handle criminal cases." I told her, "Put the watch commander on the phone." She just put me on hold (she knows I dialed the wrong number and I am trying to call the local PD). After ten minutes on hold, I realized, I was not on hold with someone at the local PD, rather, I was on hold with someone at Sippel Law - who is gaming me on hold - and I had dialed the wrong phone number. I believe, she thought she could game me and there would be nothing I could do about it - pathetic. Apparently, she is suffering from a severe case of narcissism and gaming people is her source of narcissistic supply. It's truly shocking of how rude and inconsiderate people are here in Kingman. If you cannot answer the phone in a professional manner and then choose to game the caller, you obviously lack in common decency and are probably extremely narcissistic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! ! ! ~ Response to owner ~ Your response and excuses are a joke. Below is a list of your excuses that have nothing to do with my review or the fact that your office staff are rude and inconsiderate - super nasty. 1 It is difficult to address problems 2 people who were not even clients of the firm 3 our phone number was similar to the police department 4 It is even worse in the midst of power outages 5 phone systems that someone was lost on hold 6 and was told we cannot help them 7 but there is little we can do 8 has no bearing on how we treat our clients It appears that your response is nothing but a desperate attempt to deflect from the truth and save face. My review describes how the staff at your office treats others and your response is incoherent. Phone numbers, power outages, phone systems, lost on hold, client or non-client is not the issue. Your rude and inconsiderate office staff is the issue, and it shouldn't matter if I am a client or not. (deflection - through deception) Your statement, "I am sorry for Mr. Ken C but there is little we can do," I'm not asking you to do anything, that statement doesn't make any sense. (deflection - dismiss criticism) Your statement, "and it has no bearing on how we treat our clients." Really? Just because I was treated poorly means that you wouldn't treat your clients poorly? Based on what? (deflection - through denial) Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, not based upon client/non-client status. (It's called common decency)

Mark Sippel was recommended to me by bankruptcy and foreclosure attorney Diane Drain (the Phoenix area lawyer with all the helpful YouTube videos). Picture small town, faith-based country doctor or lawyer. The practice is not so big that you feel like just another case, Mark and his team, especially Dawn are kind, professional and thorough. Mark is caring, humorous, and attentive. Responds best after initial consult via email and in a timely manner.
