The hair stylist seemed personable but he gave me a shorter and completely different cut than I requested. I'm not even anal on execution and know deviations are to be expected. I showed the guy 2 pictures of me with the cut I wanted for reference, not just some random model either. When I told him he got defensive and argued it was my fault.. Even poked my forehead while trying to tell me it was the gel only making it seem like my hair was 1" instead of 3-4" on top. My cut is literally about a third the length I wanted. I requested a manager at that point but he refused and told me to just leave without paying so I did.

I wouldn't normally leave without paying but once he became aggressive and then refused to bring a manager, I suddenly didn't find it a problem.

Best place ever!! Vanessa is amazing ....she is not only my stylist she also make me feel like family. I want a transformation and she did more than what I was expecting. Love her and love my new look.

wonderful experience everytime i come, everyone is beyond nice and make you feel welcomed. Great service by the best stylists and affordable prices . Definately recommend it  ❤️

Went into Sirena's Salon on Saturday to get a blow out as and a new color to my hair. Miss Rocio or Fatima took care of me and made me feel comfortable in her work by showing me pictures of previous clients as well as listening to what I had in mind and looking at the pictures I had picked out. She did such an excellent job and I'm so glad she was that one to fix my damaged hair! She even went out of her way to fix my split ends, my bangs and added protein to my very dry hair! She is such a sweet and nice lady and I would recommend her to anybody looking to get a great salon experience :)

Rocio is my stylist and she's always brings a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I've been coming here for over a year and I've find my go-to salon.
