We can easily give a five star on the recent experience we had purchasing a mattress set at the Long Beach Sit 'N Sleep! Joe Ryan, Store Manager, worked with us to choose the right mattress to meet our needs.. He's knowledgeable and professional. Also, mattress set is made in USA. Likewise, the delivery went as promised. The delivery appointment call came as expected. We received our mattress set 24 hours after placing order. We will recommend to family and friends!

When I walked in the door, I was greeted by Alex Smith. He was great from the beginning. We started with the machine that figures out which bed would work best for you, which I loved. It made the buying process so much easier. Alex was great! Super knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I really appreciated that. I like to take the time to make up my mind. He made the process very easy, making recommendations on toppers and sheets as well. We were able to go pick up the mattress that evening so I was able to enjoy an awesome night's sleep. Make Alex your mattress guy! You won't be disappointed. I know I wasn't. Thanks again, Alex!

Alex was quite helpful. I was with my mom. They had this whole body scanning system that my mom couldn't get into, so they just entered stuff into the computer and it told them she likes a firm mattress. (I think just doing the Goldie Locks thing and just have three different types of mattress firmness nearby to test out is the quicker and less gimmicky way to do it. But that is just me) After back and forth trying stuff out mom finally decided on a mattress and adjustable base and mattress pad protectors $1800 later. (we skipped the $200 sheets, nope, you don't get free sheets any more either unlike the last place I went to with a friend) . Deliveries don't happen on Wednesday, so we had to wait another day. Strangely I guess I remember the old days when the Head Guy in the commercials use to say "your 100% satisfied, or it's FREEEEEEEEE" Not any more. Once you take delivery you can exchange it (minus 20% of the original price) for another mattress... but no returns. So anyway, delivery was a challenge as the delivery department didn't bother to read the notes about my parents facility and arranging for delivery. Even with Alex calling delivery managers on the 2nd delivery the drivers showed up not being able to deliver at times allowed or truck sizes that could fit. To Alex's credit he made special arrangements to have the mattress delivered After Hours in order to save the sale. So the mattress took 4 days and 3 attempts to be delivered. So that was my experience... hopefully yours is better.

Wonderful store and low-pressure sales. Came in with an idea of what I wanted and was shown other similar makes in both mattresses and pillows. Matched prices I had found elsewhere no problem. Shelby let me take my time until I felt comfortable with what I was choosing.

Good experience. The machine that tells you what type of mattress works for your body is pretty great. And informative. Our salesman was very knowledgeable too, and he worked with our budget.
