Room had the bunk bed option. Kids loved that and so did we. Pillows very uncomfortable, bring your own, we did in case. Toilet was not cleaned from previous guest!!! Awful! They did promptly clean it when I told them. I recommend being on the top floor, you hear everything above you. Wait times to eat at the connected Johnny Rockets just to be seated was at times over 40 minutes! Once there food was great. Water park was great! We all had a great time there. Would recommend though they have two people running the water tube slides. One person doing it makes for a long wait.

Came on a Wednesday in October. Perfect, only about 3 other families in the place. Stayed in a traditional suite. Nice room, nice facilities. More lifeguards than people at the water park. Great experience at Johnny Rockets for dinner as well that is attached. The other on site restaurants weren't open though. Things got a good bit busier Thursday night, heard a few more things and sounds from the neighbors but still very mild compared to a lot of hotels we've stayed at. All around a great time!

Ok rooms, good service, but lack of website updates and minor issues made this really only worth 2 stars. Two of the restaurants and a myriad of other things were closed, and our AC was frozen. New rooms electronic card reader failed due to a dead battery. Place is a little dated. What the rooms lack is luckily made up for at the indoor water park. Although smaller, they have great rides and friendly staff.

Large room. Clean and comfortable. Stayed during off season so room service was not available. Arcade was a blast for the kids as well as the indoor water park. We received free breakfast vouchers for Johnny rockets. There is not much bad I can say about the place other that the overly expensive soda package or $3.50 bottles of water. This place is a must visit for family fun!

Surprised at the reviews saying the indoor water park was cold. I actually commented on our recent trip that the water must be heated, it was perfect. As was the whole area. Kids loved the lazy river, my 8 year old loved the tree house water slides. Lots of fun water spouts to play with and the inevitable crash of the big bucket pouring down on you. Some of the big slides were closed, but we didn’t really care. As for the lodge, it’s okay. We were lucky enough to come on a weekend where kids eat free, which was nice. Food is pricy, but that’s no real surprise. Admission to the indoor water park and amusement park included in your room price(we did figure out that it actually probably does cost less money this way.) There is a bunk bed in the suite we stayed in that the kids loved. It was clean and pretty standard as far as hotel rooms go.
