I was very happy with the service I received at Sixt. I first contacted them because they had the least expensive rates. I expected to pay a premium because I was picking up the car the day before Thanksgiving. But I was pleasantly surprised to get one of the best rates I have ever had on a rental. Their customer service was what every business should strive for. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Excellent experience.

BUYER BEWARE.  Their quoted pricing is competitive, but when you arrive they tell you unlimited miles is limited to a specific region be prepared to pay significantly more.  The name on the sign says SIXT but this is a TOM WOOD owned business - which given their reputation is very surprising.  I won't be back and suggest others look elsewhere too.

BUYER BEWARE.  Their quoted pricing is competitive, but when the final bill arrives via email be prepared to pay significantly more.  For example, if you return a vehicle at 4:01pm on Saturday night, you will be charged an additional TWO DAYS RENTAL as they are not open again until Monday and they claim they have no way to verify that it was returned that day or not.   The name on the sign says SIXT but this is a TOM WOOD owned business - which given their reputation is very surprising.  I won't be back and suggest others look elsewhere too.
