I have been going to this sizzler for 20 years. The last time I was there they ran out of steak. At that time I noticed that the blue cheese dressing was different and the salad bar had fewer items. Tonight I found that they had gone to cheaper union rings and chicken wings. The chicken wings were terrible, the worse I've ever had. The clam chowder was also different. Time to look for a different place to eat. The only thing left that says sizzler at this place is the sign out front.I will never go there again.

Sunday afternoon they sold out of lobster and Strawberry lemonade and stopped serving beer. They are all popular items, I was disappointed, I understand but what I don’t get is the reaction of the staff . There was no apology and no offering of alternatives . They just stood there staring at us. After a minute the shorter of the two portly gals gave us choices of beverages available as we tried to decide what to eat. Then they ignored us after we sat down. I had to get up and ask for A1. The taller of the 2 made no eye contact. Diane gave it to me along with a a clean plate. She was the decent one. The other two were upset with us for being disappointed with the overall presentation. Remedial food service training is needed here.
