The staff and Dr. Susan are wonderful. My cat had to stay over the weekend and I was able to visit. Dr. Susan called me on Saturday and Sunday to give me an update an how my furbaby was doing. Very excellent clinic. Highly recommended.

Star is pushing it!!!!  The staff is RUDE!!!!!!  I have NEVER been talked to the way they did!!!!  Very unprofessional business!!!!

WOuld like to say my dog had a emergency Saturday and we tried calling her after hours number 10 TIMES! not once did we get a answer or a return phone call. This is the second one we've tried the after hours call and do not get a return call back. Thank goodness for Westfield small animal clinic for answering there phone offering help outstanding! Would totally recommend Westfield over sjeklocha

I had one in here with my dog in the back of my jeep I was refuse service as my dog was bleeding out and dying with holes in his chest.  The lady looked shocked that I even showed up with an animal .  When I asked for help she said there is no vets there.  Soon after my dog had died .  I then proceeded to call back and ask why their doors are even open if there is no vet .  Lady proceeded to tell me that the only reason she is there is to answer phones .  I highly suggest no one ever take their dog here or any animal for that matter
