I'm sure this bank has friendly staff SOMEWHERE on the floor, but it's definitely not with the ladies who work the drive through. A couple years ago, I left Skagit to bank elsewhere due to constant rude service at their window. I got fed up and left. Now I do some banking for someone else who uses Skagit. Different faces, but same nonchalant, rude service. How has this not been improved upon in the last few years?
