I just wanted to say thanks to Alexis and the rest of the staff at Skateland in Clemmons. I'm a just turned 40 Dad of three boys, and my wife and I decided to take our boys skating as part of my birthday, and I gotta say, we had the best time thanks to them. It was clean, family friendly, everyone was not only helpful, but happy to help. I would definitely recommend this place for a fun family outing, we will definitely be back!

Great place to skate but the sound system is horrible.  You can’t understand anything the ‘DJ ‘ is saying and the music selections played aren’t the best.  Also, they need more roller helper things for new skaters.  They always sell out and so many kids need them. Alas, my kids love it and they love the snow-cones.  So we’ll still go but it could be better.

The music is terrible especially for the age group they’re catering to. It’s so old and needs some major updating. The rental skates are terrible. They make you pay, even if you’re just there to watch your kids. The rules are you have to have skates on to be able to stay. I understand they’re there to make money but they justify it by telling you it’s to keep the trouble kids out. Which made zero sense to me as there were just tons of kids standing around with skates on.

Even though there are signs WHY do you still let people carry babies while skating??? This is so dangerous!  I was there last weekend and there was a man skating with a baby who then gave the baby to someone else to skate with and they fell with the baby.  There is no excuse for this. Your staff needs to enforce the rules for safety. If you won't allow parents to be in regular shoes in the middle of the rink to help small kids skate for "safety reasons" they you better stop letting these stupid people skate with babies.

I went to Skateland USA and a had a blast the floor was very clean and staff was very nice and helpful and they have great birthday party’s can’t wait to come back

I take my grand daughter every summer 2-4 times. The people who work there are very polite. 10 bucks to rent a pair of skates and skate 'til they close if you choose. What a deal! Totally great time- a day of fun, great exercise and good tunes. Other patrons offer help to those who fall whilst skating-get your kids off the net and vid games & take 'em here!

The floor was nasty. This black stuff getting on all our wheels. Plus, the floor had some kind of liquid and no would clean it up. We are going to all roller rinks in NC and I can say this is the worst one. Hope this was just a bad night for you. Plus, I have bought a pair of skates at all the roller rinks we have been to. Your staff was to busy playing with a child to help me.

Worst music. They basically only play slow Christian music and super old oldies. The DJ must be rip van winkles granddad. Everything they play is several decades old. You get lucky if they play the cha cha slide. The DJ is so out of touch. For an establishment that is really geared towards predominantly kids and teens they could really play the 1075 kzl and do better. I am all for clean music but can we get good music that you would actually want to skate to. Baby shark, Ace of Base, some Taylor swift something? Bring headphones otherwise you won't likely enjoy yourself

Great fun for the whole family. Excellent for parties, they provide a lot of what you'll need, although it can be pricey, well worth the value.

Great for Birthday parties! The regulars were super nice and showed my son how to skate. They were very kind.
