Holiday Hours?! Hours are stated as 8am-10 pm every day. Went to the store tonight at 8:30 and they were closed. Called up and they closed at regular time. So, no hours are correct for any day, not even opening! Please, correct your time on google maps! Still counts as customer service.

We went to this Skechers on 10/01, and this store has ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. The store doesn't have a cart system, so I ended up picking out 13 pairs of shoes. However, because of the lack of carts, I picked out 3-4 pairs at a time, and in 2 occasions gave them to the sales associates to put behind the counter.  When I was ready to check out, I found out that the shoes I had picked out were gone.  This was 9 pairs of shoes that I had carefully picked out that disappeared. I asked the associates where they had put my shoes but no one had an answer and while I do understand that mistakes do happen, what was most disturbing was the lack of care that the associates had. At one point one of associates even had the gall to say "I don't care" when I expressed my concerns. I had spent a lot of time looking for those shoes, so of course I was upset, but the associates made sure to make me feel like a bother. No one was telling me where they put the shoes and at one  point, someone who I assume was a senior associate, was basically rushing us out and it felt like they were trying to get rid of us. While she wasn't rude, the lack of empathy and helpfulness honestly ruined the shopping experience, and at one point the senior associate told us to purchase the remaining 6 pairs and "come back another day to look for the other pairs". To me, this was very inappropriate because it means that the time I  used to pick out the 7 pairs was completely disregarded. No one cared about my schedule and ability to come back and the worst part is that no one owned up to their mistake and tried to mend the situation. As a customer, I have the right to  pick out what I want and pay for them. The 2 associates that I gave the 7 pairs to were basically uncaring, and in the end, they hid from us. They weren't even sorry, and the experience taught me that to Skechers, the consumers are just a bother that don't deserve proper customer care. In the end, I ended up purchasing nothing because of how awful they made us feel.

To sum up the experience: this Skechers honestly has one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they will treat you like a bothersome loser. They are not solution oriented, even when you're trying to cooperate and come up with a win-win situation, and they do not own up to their errors.

If you could see my feet right now they are either bare, in my running shoes, or in Sketchers. That's it. I don't even own a pair of heels. I prize comfort in my footwear above all else and that's why Sketchers is my go to shoe. They are cute and comfortable. The great thing about this location is that they have a clearance section in the back. I am regularly able to score shoes at 70%.off although they also have shoes discounted 40 and 50% as well. On my last trip I got a pair of sneakers and sandals for $35, less than one pair of regularly priced shoes. The shoes get a five star from me. The people who work are more like a three. It is usually staffed by a bunch of kids who are just waiting to clock out. If you try to go in anywhere near their closing time they are going to let you know it. I know you want to go home but I have yet to stay past closing. In any case my interaction with them is usually just checking out. I hit the clearance and that's about it although they have enormous selection of casual style shoes for buy one get one half off as well. If you are looking for trendy footwear, men's, women's, and children, check out the Sketcher's outlet. Save money and look great.
