Went in not once but twice and 2 days in a row (with my kids in tow unfortunately). Less than 5 customers each time with several employees going about with their inventory. Was not able to get help either time for questions. Both my son and I tried flagging down different people. No help. Found some shoes on my own. Decent sale at the time otherwise i would have went elsewhere. Employees, please remember to try to help the customers a bit more.

Shopped here for new work shoes. I am on my feet walking around on hard floors for over 8 hours a day. The new Skechers Work line is a God send! Nice selection, friendly and helpful staff, and decent prices made this experience a good one.

Not sure why the prices seemed so high only then to be marked down. Just seemed higher than usual, but I bought a pair of sneakers for my daughter anyway. Always able to find shoes for school.

Great customer service and awesome sale in the back. Got great sketchers for only 40$ love the memory foam. Super comfortable

Would have given this place zero stars if I could have. I ordered shoes from this store and wanted to return them. I called before going out to the store and asked what I needed to bring to return the shoes and I was told the receipt. So I took the shoes and receipt to the store and was then told  I needed to bring the card that I purchased the shoes with. I hate been ran in circles so I called corporate on the manager and they had to force him to give me my money back. They don’t have good customer service skills there. I won’t be going there anymore 🛑🙁
