Eric Skidmore patiently helped me work through the many legal and financial complications that came with the dissolution of an almost 10 year marriage. Mr. Skidmore was diligent in his pursuit of the best interests of my family, advocating for, and receiving custodial control in a very delicate situation. Through his attention to detail and focus on a timely resolution, Mr. Skidmore's expertise in family and divorce law was crucial to a successful outcome in my case. While working for the City of Akron Acquisition Department I had the pleasure of meeting Archie Skidmore. He is an Icon for his expertise and experience in providing guidance in many different areas of law. It is because of his genuine desire and dedication to assist in seeing that justice is served I required his assistance for legal counsel on my domestic civil court case. My case was one to be very complicated with many obstacles. I was in constant contact with Archie and Eric as there seemed to be unpredictable absurd tactics thrown our way daily. I have known the Skidmores since I was a teenager and now that I am an adult and needed assistance with my divorce, there was only one place I trusted to help me. Eric was extremely professional and fair throughout the entire process, which had its share of unexpected issues from the other attorney, and remained very firm when the need arose. While the divorce proceedings were extremely stressful Eric was very understanding, providing personal advice and guidance along the way to me. I could tell Eric genuinely wanted to help me and my family get through this situation in the best way possible, and wasn't simply out to make a buck. I would highly recommend their firm to anyone needing legal assistance.
