Skimmers is owned and operated by Mission Viejo Locals Scott and Mary Kim. Their goal is to create a restaurant in which the best quality ingredients are prepared to the highest, professional, culinary standards
and expertly served to you at an excellent value.
Chef/Owner Scott Kim is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in New York, 1988.
Scott also holds a degree from Instituto Superiore di Gastronomia Jesi, Italy, 2007
