I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Let me  start by saying that the staff is amazing. Very friendly. As soon as I walk in they greet me by my name. In March I went in for my first time to my consultation on lip fillers and laser hair removal. Dr. Joseph is amazing. Very knowledgeable, he knows his stuff. It was my first time getting lip fillers and I am very pleased. He treated me with care and talked me thru the whole process. Caroline, the laser tech is amazing. I connected right away with her from my first treatment. I have done 3 lasers with her and every time I am pleased. She knows what shes doing. I am beyond pleased with this place. I will be back to receive more treatments.

Caroline and Shannon are very sweet and I completely trust them with my skin care, but the doctor is a different character. He walks around the office and won't even acknowledge you. He will glance at you sometimes, but mostly he'll snub you, as if he doesn't even have time to thank the paying customers who provide his bread and butter.  I've been to this business many times and each time is the same.  For this reason alone, I will not be back.  Doctor, if you are reading this; you need to improve your bedside manner. You need to be thankful that you have clients coming into your business.  You have lost my business however. You've made me feel completely devalued and I've spent lots of money at your office.  Good luck keeping clients with such an elitist attitude!

The staff is very friendly and professional.  I recommend them to anyone planning on skin care services.

I've never been seen at this facility, so I can't speak on the service here, however I've left several messages to schedule an appointment and I haven't received a call back, which I personally think is unprofessional.

They did a great job and did exactly what I was told would happen for the price that was quoted. I drove from Columbus for this service and will make the trip again when I want another service completed. Very happy!
