I needed a MOHs excision on my face and we seriously concerned about the procedure and how I would look after.  I was assured that if there was a visible scan they would take care of it post-op.  Now a year later, no one can see the scar nor was there any need for post-op plastic surgery.  I have been back several times for checks and other issues and have NEVER experienced any ill treatment as described in other reviews.  In fact, I'm making an appointment today for another issue that I'm sure Dr. Bloom can take care of.

My first few appointments were with Dr. Jennifer Chwalek and she was terrific. Excellent attention and care.  After she left the practice (relocated to another practice in NYC), I seldom saw the same doctor more than once - rotating faces and no continuity of care.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! When I moved to Hillsborough, I needed a new dermatologist and this office completely won me over. I've been working with them well over a year now. You will always be greeted with a smile and the nurses/assistants are friendly and compassionate. The office is clean and I love that they go ABOVE AND BEYOND to find an appointment when I need one for an emergency. Well worth your consideration!

I have never had any issues with this Dermatologist office. All of my needs are met, there is rarely a wait when I need an appointment, and the staff was welcoming and helpful with any questions I may have had.

The customer service here is atrocious. I went there for a one-time visit, and not only did the symptoms return a week later, but I received 4 invoices from them over the past year with about a dozen of additional unfamiliar services. They failed to return all of my calls inquiring what the invoices were for. Nevertheless, they did a great job calling from their collections department asking me to pay the balance. Ridiculous. 

Unless you want to get frustrated, I would NOT recommend these specialists.
