EDITED: As promised, I am changing the review because they reached out to address the concerns and gave me the impression my feedback was taken seriously. While it hasn't been a perfect experience, all businesses make mistakes from time to time and succumb to the complications of just being human. I appreciate their desire to improve and service the public. Will continue coming here for my LDN needs.

I am writing this review in hopes that they take customer service seriously and reach out, at which point I will amend my comments. As of now I have to say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Pharmacy. I honestly get the impression I am annoying them with every call and visit. Every person I have spoken to has been abrupt and borderline rude. If it wasn't for them being the most local compound pharmacy I'd gladly do business anywhere else. Even my doctor, who reached out because he wanted to establish a professional relationship with the owner and never heard back will divert business at every opportunity people and send people to Hazel Drugs and ask them to wait for the shipping. Seriously an uncomfortable experience every time I call or go in to pick up.

I have been trusting Skip's for my LDN for over 5 years. I have had nothing but the BEST service the entire time. I can't imagine trusting anyone as much as I do Skip!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I'm really shocked by some of the other poor reviews listed here! Very unfair. 

I live in Wisconsin but specifically requested my prescription for Low Dose Naltrexone to be filled by Skip's. Their price is better than reasonable and their shipping service is efficient. My doctor faxes in my prescription and I get a phone call from Skip's within hours to verify my information.

I have been very impressed with the personal phone consultations I have received from various pharmacists at Skip's. Very helpful and reassuring at a time when I was in great need of support for managing my disease. I have recommended Skip's to anyone I know in need of LDN.

Skip's Pharmacy is the best ever!!! Prices are very reasonable, & the times I had questions they were there for me. I ended up in the ER out of state, my sister called Skip's with questions concerning my LDN & they helped her with our concerns...& even checked back with me to see if I was okay. I am so thankful for Skip Lenz!!!!

My experience with Skip's Pharmacy was the worst experience I have ever had with any vendor or provider, EVER. First they never called me after the Dr's office had called in the prescription. When I called them, they said they had never received the prescription. After the weekend, they "found" it. This lost me almost 2 weeks of meds. Then I expected to receive it in a few days, but NO, after another week, a person called me to verify my address. This person was not a native English speaker, and had great difficulty in understanding my address. I spent a lot of time spelling my address for her. Despite this, it was sent to a totally wrong address, the address verifier had jettisoned a full half of my address, leading to my prescription being returned to the pharmacy. Now it is a month since I was supposed to receive my meds, I have still not received them, and my health has declined because of this boondoggle. I fail to understand how anyone would ever use this Pharmacy.
