Skully's has been bringing Columbus entertainment for over 28 years since our first location on the OSU campus. We are open all day/7 days a week and offer a variety of entertainment (Live Music: Local/National, DJ's, Dancing) along with full menu. Check out our web-site for calendar of events.

Horrible horrible place. We paid over $80 for a special event. I was hesitant to go because of the negative things I’ve heard about this place, I went anyway because I felt safe with my husband. First off, I was 20 at the time and my husband was 25 so of course he was drinking and I was not. We stood on the balcony area, waiting for the main band to come out. My husband got a drink and said it was too watered down. He said it’s just coke. I took a very small sip to see and it was really watered down. So he went back to the bar and got it right. That was the only sip I had. Keep in mind, no place has EVER reacted the way that they did over a sip. In ohio it’s legal for a spouse to buy a drink for the underage spouse and it’s legal for them to let their spouse have a sip as long as they’re around. We told them that when they made a big scene about it and I said I wasn’t drinking, they could even do a breath test and they didn’t care. We were humiliated and announced as underage drinking to every other staff person as we left the building. I told them the ohio laws and they said “we don’t care about the laws”. We then asked for our refund because we didn’t even get to see the band, and they REFUSED! Didn’t even give us back the entrance fees! Almost $100 wasted, because my husband let me take the smallest sip of his coke. If not for that whole experience, I would still rate this place low. Horrible staff, bad management and the security guards acted like it made their lives exciting to kick people out for stupid reasons. It’s sad because some of the bands are really good. Don’t go here, don’t waste your money.

Great for live music. Great sound, nice stage. Nice sized bar. I have also come for brunch or lunch. It was a long time ago, so can't remember what I got. But I do remember it was good, because I got a reply from them correcting what sauce was on my sandwich.

Was seeing a dj here for the second time. Was with my brother who is of age to consume alcohol, Asked to hold his drink well he danced. “didn’t know it’s illegal to hold a drink” Did so and a security guard come through crowd and grabbed the drink from my hand and told me to leave said it’s my brothers didn’t listen so he made me leave no questions.  Was a waste of $35 and a two hour drive for me.
 And to top it off the security guy took a drink of the alcohol to. Maybe have your employee get tested if they want to drink after random people at the bar. 
Poor management an employee training.

Seems security has a problem,with the person ,with the drink ,an me ive been married VERY happy for 19yrs I go on Saturday, they say I touch someone never feeled ,I drive simi, truck need to work out, like I told Michele the owner , straight up ,someone I DON'T KNOW I DON'T touch so I've found better club an a dj that can put down good music ,u NEED, a new one , im good now an there's a crowd ,what do u KNOW, you're to FAR away from others clubs anyways good luck an Bye!!!!!!!! REDS IS BETTER!!!!!

If they learn how to turn their A/C on during sold out events I'll change this review to 5 stars. Love the atmosphere, love the workers and security, not being able to breathe during live sets due to too much heat is the only thing that separates this venue from being one of the best in Columbus.
