Always responsive, helpful and courteous.  Super secure as it's nearly on airport grounds.

I called several weeks prior to a major move in order to schedule a storage space. I was told that they didn't reserve them. So I asked that the customer service let me know if anyone tried to rent an available space because I would rent it earlier than my scheduled departure if necessary.

I left my number to be contacted but was never called back.

The costomer service representative I talked to when I called to check in about a month later argued that she hadn't ever heard my request but that she would call if one opened up. Then she told me the storage I was looking to rent was almost never available. However, when I had called initially she told me that maybe one would open up.

I asked to speak with her manager and she said that she WAS the manager. I asked for contact information for the owners and she said that she hardly ever spoke to them. Then she hung up on me.

I called back. She asked who it was and when I replied the phone was hung up a second time. I called back a third time and asked her about details for other types of storage. She told me that all her units were climate controlled. When I asked what that meant she explained it wasn't AC it was HVAC. I asked what that was- she said all the units were ventilated. 

There are many places to store goods. I would not recommend this one due to my experiences with them.

Affordable storage with 24 hour access options.  Easy to do business with and not too long of a drive from anywhere!
