I have been going to the same hairdresser for 15+ years and after my last cut with her I was fed up and panicked to find someone who could cut my hair the way I always wanted. I called Sky Salon after a recommendation from a friend, and they were able to get me in same day with Hannah. Everyone at Sky is so friendly and happy to be there, and I was greeted kindly and felt welcome. Hannah did an AMAZING job on my hair, spending over an hour fixing and perfecting a cut that my other hair stylist couldn't manage to achieve in the past year and completely butchered in her last attempt. Hannah was patient, asked what I wanted and made sure the cut was exactly how I envisioned it before I left. She gave me advice and answered all my questions, and she made me feel comfortable and seemed to genuinely love her job and be interested in her clients. I was so grateful when she was done I had to give her a hug and I don't even hug my own mother!! 10/10 highly recommend thank you Sky Salon & Hannah

I've gone to this salon twice to get a highlight and a style. While the hairdresser was really nice, I left both times with wet hair. I paid $90 for a highlight touchup and a style, and I was very unsatisfied with both.

I gave this salon 2 chances and both visits left me beyond disappointed.  First, I saw their color "expert" for an ombre color and 3 hours and $200 later, I walked out of the salon with hair that looked no different than how I arrived.  Is this for real?  Then, I made the mistake of going back for a short pixie cut.  The stylist did not listen to my request nor did she study the photograph that I brought to show exactly what I wanted.  Rather, she gave me a early 2000's short bowl cut.  Never again.  Keep looking.

I only went once (and the young woman who did my hair was very nice and the cut she gave me wasn't bad) but she didn't listen to what I asked for when getting some highlights and the results were almost comical (Unless you like looking like a 90s X-Men character).

This wouldn't have been such an issue had the salon not completely ignored me when I asked about it. 

Hair color won't last forever, but pretension and poor customer service does...

On 3-16-17 at 5:50pm I walked in as a new customer with no appointment at all, and had found this salon by googling it from the mall. I walked in and it was crazy busy because of prom and regular clients. 
I must say, I am very impressed on the customer service skill. From the moment I walked in I was nervous but the front desk was super nice and took me in right away. The lady who did my hair was amazing, my pervious salon I had visited really messed up my hair. This salon is amazing and one of the best. I have very thick Indian hair and she did a amazing job and even explained what she was using in my hair. Thank you guys for all you do for clients like me. This is officially my salon from now on.
