***********PLEASE READ*************** First off, today was my 25th birthday and I was beyond thrilled and excited to finally get my hair done. I scheduled an appointment with this salon just to go there the next day to hear the receptionist (or whomever she declares herself as) tell me that the stylist I was scheduled to have NO LONGER WORKS THERE and NOBODY IS THERE TO DO MY HAIR. The moment I walk in, there is not a soul in the salon mind you my appointment was scheduled from 5-7pm with stylist Mimi. A lady walks around the corner and tells me there are no appointments, no stylists, nobody to help me and nothing she would like to do to assist me. At this point, I am very very very confused and honestly almost in tears because of how much I was looking forward to this on my birthday- I ALSO LEFT WORK EARLY IN ORDER TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT ON TIME. Their website is clearly garbage and should not be receiving any business by treating clients this way. I nicely asked the "receptionist" if I could speak to the owner and she said "I am not the owner but you can have a business card, and also Mimi does not work here anymore." I said thank you and turned around and left. Sat in my car for 10minutes to cool down and low and behold I see the woman I spoke to walking out of the salon, locking the door and closing shop, looking around as if she was looking to see if i was watching her (it wasn't even closing time- in fact, she had 2 hours before closing. NEVER EVER schedule anything with this salon, clearly they do not care about their clients as much as their website promises. How dare you for setting me up like this, this salon and ALL of its employees should be ashamed of themselves. I hope whomever reads this takes my advice and feels how frustrated and upset I truly am. I just saw on Instagram that a client got their hair done by Mimi only 1 week ago. Smh, very disappointing.

Just got a Brazilian wax here and it was the worst one I've ever had. The wax wasn't cooled off properly and I now have terrible burns down there. Not to mention, she missed a ton of hairs. I can't speak for their other services, but I would not recommend them for waxing.
