This place is clean, and doesn't smell like a looker room , like many other trampoline places have. There is plenty of places to sit and watch your kids have fun. I only gave four stars because the people who supervise are not that attentive. They do watch and make sure the kids are in the correct area but that's about it. Other than that, if you are keeping an eye on your child, then there are no problems. The staff is very polite.

Went for a 5yr olds birthday. The kids loved it and the staff was helpful and courteous. A little pricey but within the price range of comparable birthday venues around the area, IE inflatable jump around type places, but felt the place was cleaner and we didn't have to do much else but have the guests show up on time. They allow cake and treats, and will set up your decorations, but no other outside food and drink allowed. The pizza is good, figure 1 square for kids, maybe 2 for adults. Defiantly ask for extra pitchers of water when you arrive so the guests can drink that before downing their fruit punch during the meal time.

Awesome time. Large space to accommodate plenty of people. Has something for every age even as young as 3 can have fun. Plenty of activities that involves everyone from dodge ball to American Warrior style gauntlet. Good food options and lockers. You do have to purchase their socks which helps keep the place clean.

Kids had fun, but way too overpriced, unbelieveable! I spent about $70 for one hour for 3 people. What?! Go to Naperville Gymnastics Club for their Parents Night Out or Family night out, every Friday & Saturday, $15 per kid for 4-5 hours you can drop them off or parents stay for free it has all sorts of trampolines, foam pit, Ninja warrior equipment, rock wall, climbing rope and the kids get a Great workout!!

Some staff members are complete jerks. I attribute it to being young and having authority and not being able to be mature enough to handle it. Giving them an inflated ego. But kids enjoyed the facility itself.
