My friends and I came here with their son. We're 23 years old. We we're starred at by the kids supervising the area the entire time. We felt so uncomfortable that we we're excited to leave. We would have left earlier but the 2 year old was having too much fun. Also we could only stay on the trampolines and foam pit because there was not enough staff for the other areas.  The staff do not look happy they're all on their phones and if they're not on their phones they're starring you down. Overall not a fun happy place.

Very awful smell when we came in, it was all over the place and it smelled like sweat from long time ago that was not cleaned off. No exclusive sections for young kids or adults, which makes it kind of inconvenient because you always to look out for kids. Ticket machines really ask every information off you (why did it need home address for ticket purchase?), and lastly the service is really minimum, no supervision, no guide, no help or whatsoever.

Fun place but grossly overpriced and not impressed that the waiver is in English and Spanish only. No French. I understand the company is American but that is no excuse. They are in Canada, in the national capital, and in a region with Franco-Ontarians and near Quebec! Basic marketing...

So much fun.  Went there with my toddler on a Friday morning when it is 'toddler time'  So much fun...  I think I liked it even more than she did!  Check it out!

This place is a lot of fun from kids, to teens, and adults. It can be quite busy, but not too much so that you can't have space and be able to have fun. This is a really great place for a fun workout, and I would recommend for people looking to try something new. The dodgeball was by far the best part.
