Me and my son came here instead of helium in New Berlin. What a waste. They didn’t tell us there were aerobics class so the main section was closed. Don’t come here you’ll be greatly disappointed . I drove in from Waterford and won’t ever do that again. Highly recommend someplace else. Any place else. Not even WiFi for the parents or games for the kids. Stay away

Super fun and lots to do. Staff is super friendly and safety oriented. It's too expensive for one hour of jumping ($16/hr). That is the one thing that would keep me away.

Big fun. NO SEATING! I ended up paying 20 dollars to sit in a massage chair just for a place to sit. Unacceptable. Otherwise, big fun!

We were extremely disappointed in the employees. My daughter went to the jousting section and was waiting for her friend to play against her. Instead a much older boy got on the platform and swung the jousting stick so hard into my daughter's face that it broke her front tooth in half! Not one staff member assisted her as she was thrown into the foam pit with blood coming out of her mouth and in severe pain. Other parents close by had to help her get out. At no time did any staff come to see if she was ok or offer any help. Even when we requested ice, no one did anything. This ended costing us $750 to have her tooth repaired and included a root canal. I am very disgusted that not only was a much bigger kid allowed to go against my daughter, but also that not one employee did anything to help her. I would NOT recommend Sky Zone.

Thus place is a RIP off. Too costly, lack of supervision. Go to laser tag adventure the y have all you can play for 3 hours at 20 bucks. Food is cheaper, unlimited soda.
