Place is a joke, and don't trust there hours online or what the staff says over the phone. They will just close and hour and a half early without any warning. Got there at 6 the other day, and they said they closed, couldn't give me a reason, even tho the door and website said till 8. Had a bunch of ppl drive there to meet me from all different places for my birthday. Didn't even get a sorry were closed early or anything. Just kicked us out and that was that... poor customer service. And run bye teenagers.

For the price your Better off going to Bounce just a little Further away off exit 2.
Came later in the day for the Glow in the dark but its just one day of the week on Fridays

I went there with my kids and it was the worst  experience ever. They are a total copy of bounce. There was no room for my kid cheerleaders which was disappointing because they fill their life up with tumbling. I’d rather spend my day at the mall 💯! Thanks for throwing my money in the garbage when I could’be spent it on clothes which is useful. The staff was rude and sort of scared my kids and I had a terrible feeling the whole time. At the dodgeball court my kid got hit in the face really hard and the employee just got me and told me and didn’t budge to help. In the course the kids were taking to long and wasted a lot of their time and the employees didn’t say anything. To all you out there that are reading this, please don’t waste your money on sky zone and spend it somewhere else.

Skyzone is absolutely awesome. An entire warehouse full of trampolines. It's so much fun to go with friends. Each of you get your own trampoline in the main area to flip and jump to your heart's content. The walls are trampolines too! They have basketball, Nerf wars dodgeball, volley ball, a foam pit and now a warrior course with ramps to run up. There's a concessions area and tables to sit at. The upper floor has plenty of seats for parents and bystanders. They have music throughout and sometimes a live DJ. They do Glow Jump which entails turning out the lights in favor of black lights, lasers and disco balls, louder music as well. Definitely recommend for all ages!

The kids enjoyed themselves. Some staff were hanging and talking to each other while in the pit area so they missed 5 people including a staff walking in the no shoe zone area with shoes. Be more attentive in the pit.
