Took a very expensive comforter to be dry cleaned.  Was obvious that they washed it instead.  Ruined the comforter.  Took it back to the store to show them what they had done, they denied washing.  Said they would steam it to try and bring it back but it was too late.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
