Slow and unknowledgeable staff!!! Went here for the first time today to order some fries for some quick takeout because my coworkers have recommended it and I have tried some of their food. I wanted their Cajun fries, which is apparently the way their "normal" fries are. The cashier Abbie had no idea what Cajun was so I had to explain to her that it is a red seasoning. I thought it differentiated the fries from being 'normal' but apparently not. So after finally ordering , I had to wait 15 minutes just to get fries! Fifteen minutes people! There was no line. There was countless workers up at the front. And worse of all, the fries were literally just stuffed in the bag with no tray or anything. !!!! Not to mention the quantity was quite low for the price too. They only gave me one dipping sauce , which normally I have seen it comes with 2+. Extremely dissatisfied.

We went here for seafood before going to the beach. No tables, and they should tell customers how long they're going to make it, because we waited for our food, and we waited like an hour. Also, we were looking for tables to sit and eat, but there weren't any open!😒 The food is also really small, and it looked like they just threw the fries in there. Would give it 0 stars if I could! Plus, the prices are VERY expensive😠! The seating and the service is crappy. So, we had to take it to the beach and eat it there. Probably never going again!

I think this is a great addition to the new outlet mall, exactly the kind of semi quick service but still quality food that should be here. The food was great quality, a bit heavy on the fried side only because most of the menu seems to be fried fish. But the fish is good quality and makes for a filling lunch. I was pleased with the friendly service of the staff.
