Food was amazing and staff was remarkable. Excellent service. Had a blast. Luv the artwork in the walls and the window bench seat. And the "dark&stormy" was the best. Luv luv luv this place. Will definately be back soon

Slate's is a very, very, very interesting place. Delicious and tasty food, interesting drinks, and a great atmosphere. Sincere service, no rush to get you out; just sit and enjoy. I was here with my wife on a Friday night, and they had a folksy singer on a rythym guitar singing your favorites. All this was followed by a dessert as unique as delicious! We were very pleased. A must for visitors of the area.

Totally cool (but tiny) bakery! Make sure to ask what's just been freshly baked since they add things as they come out. But don't fret too much. The cookies are both delicious and HUGE!

Very nice ambience, great waiter, Delicious food. I liked the fact that they had Singer/Songwriter night. I love hearing local music, and am glad they offer this.

Great food and the waiter Chris was professional, attentive and fast! Excellent experience overall for some Californian visited small town in Maine.
