We stopped here a couple of summers ago on a Sunday morning when dining options were limited.  We were asking the waitress what we could get that didn't have milk since my wife and daughter had allergy restrictions.  The cook offered to hand-bread a chicken fried steak for them using only flour (normally it had milk in the batter).  Not only was their gesture very considerate, the food was excellent!

Like a cafeteria. Decent food, for $10 you get Steak, Bake, and Salad. 

The stuff with Mayo (potato salad, macaroni salad, pea salad) was all dry on top of the over-filled cool trays on the bar. It had clearly been sitting out there without rotation or fresh batches being made. It was cold, but you had to dig to the bottom to make sure you didn't get old crusty mayo.

There were flies too and the whole restaurant was empty and un decorated. It looked like an old gas station at one point.

OVERALL: No atmosphere, but good hot steak, salad, and Bake for $10? Excellent.
