My husband and I spent a ton of money on a mattress at Sleep Doctor in Grand Haven, Michigan.. It has just been over a year and spent $3000.00. Our backs on a daily basis are in so much pain we cannot get out of our bed. My husband approached them in January and was told there is nothing they can do about it. The other day, as I could hardly get out of bed, I decided enough was enough, They scheduled for "their people" to come out and measure the "divots" in our mattress. It measured at 1 1/4" and not the 1 1/2" requirement totally ignoring the fact of our back pain each night. The service person focused more on a little black smug that was there from delivery. I was amazed on his focus and not what he really should have focused on. I told him to take this piece of crap mattress with them because I no longer want it it they can't do anything for us. He told me he couldn't because he didn't have orders. They left and I called the gentlemen in the store. Basically the same nonsense. Customer service is NOT what they are all about. It doesn't seem to matter to them the amount of money spent and how horrible we feel each morning!! Sleep Doctor, what a joke!!! We will be purchasing a new mattress, not from them and the company we buy from can take this ridiculous mattress away once and for all!! - Very unhappy customer!!!
