We booked a room with a king bed and when we checked in and saw our bed it was a queen. We talked to the front desk and they told us that they overbooked and that we got the short end of the stick and there was nothing we could do. They did not even offer a discount or a free night or anything. This place sucks. I recommend not staying here.

Room was nice and well furnished with not a lot of space which was no big deal until I learned they didn't have any suitcase in room racks!! That ruined it because as nice as the room was any luggage or extra garments become clutter!!! When did hotels stop accommodating the travelers needs?? And they have a great shower!!! The owner must never traveled before!!!

From the time i booked the room, Chris was right there every step of the way helping. When I got there he made eye contact (A+) , he made sure I had a comfortable room(A+). Y’all need to make him manager and give him a raise. He makes things happen unlike the other front desk staff. They don’t seem alive like Chris

I love it! The bathrooms are nice the bedrooms and the tv's have good quality.

The rooms were clean. My room had a fridge and microwave oven. There is free breakfast and this hotel is very close to Philly.
