Hotel was right off highway and clean. Newly remodeled. I had and issue with the shower head in my room and they were quick to fix it. Would stay again.

Clean. Refrigerator and microwave. Matress is a little more firm than I'd like, but it does the job. Not much of a work space/desk in the room. Included breakfast is simple, but decently accomplishes it's purpose. Overall, it's great for a quick overnight/weekend stay in the area. It just wouldn't be my first choice for an extended business stay.

This hotel has cockroaches & staff that do not know how to operate their own billing system. They did a pre authorization of over $1200 on our account. Asst. Mgr. Lopa Patel is very rude & the most unprofessional manager that I have encountered.

Over priced and not clean. The "bathroom" has a vanity area separated from commode and shower by a pocket door. It would not operate smoothly but stuck every time and required 2 handed efforts to open/close. It had what appeared to be vomit on inside. The bath floor was unclean with loose debris all around the tiny area. Housekeeping arrived at 8:30 am to inquire if we were checking out. After a night when occupants of room next door kept us up and front desk was unavailable to help we were ready to go. Every thing about this hotel was "off." The staff unprofessional, attitudes were shrug shoulder, breakfast was poor quality and chaotic in a tiny area. I could go on but you get the gist. I complained to corporate customer service and waited 25 minutes on hold to do so. If we get stuck in Owensboro again we'll sleep in the van before giving this hotel another dime.
