Worst place I have ever stayed at. If I could leave no stars I would. The customer service was horrible. The place is a shack. Its worst than a motel 6. No hot water. No way to lock your hotel door. Internet is iffy and phones don't work and bed is hard. Its not worth it.

If I could I would click on No Stars! Upon arrival to our room we were instantly hit with an awful odor. The sink and floors were both dirty. When I turned down the covers we discovered the sheet was dirty with food on it. We left the room and complained to the front desk to get another room. She never apologized or seemed surprised. We were given a 2nd room and it wasn't much better. Their were hairs on one of the beds. We couldn't take it and left the hotel by 4am and found another hotel. The only good thing i can say is the manager addressed my concern promptly the next day and gave me a refund.

This might have been one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Evacuated to this area and had to book this hotel last minute. The sheets were dirty. When I told the front desk, they asked me to bring the sheets to them and they'd give me a new one. No offer to send someone to make the bed. When we took the fitted sheet off, we found blood stains on the mattress pad. Even the booking was a nightmare. When I wanted to extend for a day, I was told to go do it online. Found the staff to be unhelpful and not very accommodating.

When I'm looking to take a quick trip I haven't really budgeted for,  I need a room to sleep in and take a shower that is clean without bed bugs and this hotel fit the bill. The room was a little small for three people but again it was clean and when I'm on vacation I spend little time in a hotel room. I would recommend and stay here again. From TN.

Simply put u get what u pay for. My sheets and towels all had what appears to be either blood or ketchup stains. Also a very lovely assortment of boogers was left on a turned over pillow. The a/c works great and even though the guy at the desk is a vegetarian he was cool. Not like a veggy-nazi or anything. We can both co-exist without any issues. House keeping leaves early so i had to bring my sheets and towels to the front desk.
