Stayed 1 night in August 2017. Entire hotel was spotless. Housekeeping works around the clock to make sure it's very clean. Rooms were spacious and modern. Beds are very comfortable. Latoya at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great the next day for being at a hotel and all of the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend staying here!

Hotel smelled very clean, beds were VERY comfortable, and the pool was nice and heated. However, when we first arrived, our room smelled slightly, the waffle maker for breakfast was out of order, and the second day of our stay the pool was closed for half the day, which was disappointing. The staff did their best to get the pool in working order as soon as possible, and when the maintenance person finally reopened the pool, he was very courteous and apologised for the pool being closed, and even brought us towels when he opened the pool! Very nice. Overall very pleasant experience with minor issues. Convenient location, would stay again.

Large room, comfy bed, and then there's Hannah the desk clerk. She is the key. Without Hannah, the wheels come off. Why only four stars, you ask? The guest laundry is only available till midnight. I like to do my laundry between 3 and 5 am. Other than that, the place rocks.

Great rooms, super comfy beds. Microwave and mini fridge, coffee maker and really nice modern bathroom and amenities. Indoor pool looked really nice but we arrived to late to swim. Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the snotty front desk manager (Latoya). She seemed to really not like her job.

I'm a big fan of Choice Hotels. This one is sub par. There's never more than one person at the desk, and they have to leave fairly regularly to attend to things. Rooms were ok. Outdated and poorly lit but clean. Pool maintained. Room keys have to be reprogrammed often for some reason. Breakfast was the best part. Food stayed stocked and the employees that worked it were super nice. Biggest complaint... I guess the fresh air the a/c pulls from to cool the hallways must be where employees and guests go outside to smoke because the 2nd floor hallway reeked of fresh cigarette smoke our entire stay. Not unbearable but did permeate our room occasionally and I expect better when a hotel is nonsmoking.
