Rooms are comfortable, beds are very comfortable and pillows are super soft. Rooms are clean and rooms are fully serviced every 3 days of stay unless requested sooner but are checked daily and beds made. Free breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage, choice of cereal, fresh fruit and baked goods such as blueberry muffins. You can make your own waffles, choice of yogurt and boiled eggs, juice and milk. Free coffee is made all day. Rooms were quiet and fairly spacious as well as bathroom. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous and helpful.

Welcoming front desk, room & breakfast staff. Linda explained my 11-24/17 reservation was actually two. She returned my call after working successfully to combine 11-22-23 with my 11-24 night at the different rates. Checking in was simpler & quicker fir me than my ex who'd also stayed there in September. After our 7-hr. drive from Tallahassee, I was able to relax, enjoy my king bed & read.

The staff here is beyond welcoming! I had quite a few changes to my length of my stay and they went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. I cannot say enough good things. My room was cozy, spacious and spotless. Will stay again!

We had a perfect stay here! Everyone was beyond friendly, they upgraded our room because we had a pack and play to fit in the space, and the breakfast was excellent. I'm not picky about hotels but the extras were definitely welcome after 9 hours of driving.

Wonderful staff...especially Cindy Bishop, Torey Orgeron, Linda Nguyen, and Dawn James...always very pleasant and helpful. We always stay at this hotel when in town. The staff is very helpful and friendly.  The rooms are very clean and spacious...I would recommend this hotel for any visit to New Orleans!!!
