What a gem this hotel is! I have been coming to A&M for four years now to visit my daughter, and this is honestly the best hotel I have stayed at for a reasonable price. Every staff person I interacted with was cheerful, helpful, and efficient in their duties. My room was spacious, extremely clean, and smelled great! The bed and pillows were really comfy and there were plenty of plugs all around the room for all my electronics to charge. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet and very relaxed, the complimentary breakfast was great, and even the exercise room was really nice. Loved staying here and will definitely be staying here when I am in town again.

Clean, new and modern. The free breakfast was needed for happy tummies to start our day from 6-9am. The pool was small but there were only us in it so it was perfect. We were on the first floor so we found ample parking near our room with a side entrance into the hotel that we needed our key to get in. The front desk clerk was nice. We forgot our toothbrushes and they ran out of toothbrushes. The housekeeping was accommodating. Overall, this hotel was worth the money.

College station , TX . Beautiful new modern rooms. Wonderful full complementary breakfast. Accommodating staff. Very clean. Handicapped availability and amenities. Affordable and flexible. We enjoyed our three night stay.

I booked this hotel for my wife, 15 year old and 2 year old daughters during a softball tournament for 2 nights. Their initial reaction was great. Rooms were clean, staff were very polite and helpful; all was well. The next night, after a long and very hot day of softball they returned to their room to find it very hot. The air conditioning wasn't working. They notified the hotel staff. The employee was very helpful and got them into another room. No big deal....but this room also had some kind of air conditioning issue and there was a puddle around the a/c. So this leads to another room change. This room was hot also. The employee goes and checks on some other rooms. All the while my wife is dealing with a very cranky 2 year old (it was after 10pm at this point). The employee returns and come to find out the house keeping people turned the air conditions in all the rooms to off. They finally get into the 3rd room that had been cooling while other rooms were checked. After getting situated and ready for bed it was after midnight. My wife had expressed her concern and wanted to speak with a manager. She was told he would be there in the morning. Morning comes around the manager has to suddenly pick family up from a trip. They were very inconvenienced by all of the room changes. And to make matters worse, they mentioned the breakfast was terrible. Which led to more inconvenience. If the second night had gone as well as the first night I would be rating this hotel 4 stars. It would have been 5 had the breakfast been better. Hopefully they get the a/c issues fixed.

SLEEP INN &SUITES 1846 Graham Rd., College Station, Texas 77845. Clean Room, AC comfortable. Workout room and outside premises, clean.  Entry points to the Inn, secure. The Continental Breakfast was Excellent.  Room Service Personnel and Front Desk staff very courteous. Lost my keys but later during the day, Ms. Shirley from the front desk called me that my keys were found. Keep up the excellent service. Thank you, A Texan from OK.
