Just had an AMAZING experience purchasing a new Sealy mattress, as well as adjustable base from Karmel Prater at the Sleep Outfitters in Hermitage, TN! Not only is she super friendly, but she is extremely knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze! Her customer service is exceptional! I highly recommend going to see Karmel Prater if you’re in the market for a new bed!

Matthew helped me so much!  I am so glad that I stopped at the Hermitage store.  He is knowledgeable and very fair.  I'm so happy with the service, my bed, and the price.

EXCEEDED our expectations. We walked in with big dreams and a micro budget and Matthew has beyond exceeded everything we dreamed of. We are still sleeping on the mattress my boyfriend has had since he was a KID! It's lopsided, you feel like you're gonna roll off all night, and the springs continue to poke you. We didn't think finding the perfect mattress would be in our price range but Matthew did it for us! So friendly and trustworthy - 5 stars isn't enough! Thank you thank you!

Matthew met us at the door very outgoing and ready to do business.He helped in every way to make sure i got the right bed for my needs.I would give him a 11 on a scale feom 1 to 10.Very respectful and gets the job done perfect.If anyone would ask for a mattress place.I would send them to Matthews location on Lebanon Rd in Hermitage.A+
