Walked in at 11 to see if I could get a haircut. They didn't have time but said I could come back at 1 for an appointment. I gave them my name and number and came back at 1. When I returned, I was told they had a problem. The woman in the chair was a pain in the butt and wanted more than they thought so they now didn't have time to cut my hair but could make me an appointment another day. When I asked why they hadn't called they did say they left a message however they weren't listening and didn't have the correct number for me. I won't go back. To complain about one customer to another is terrible customer service.

There was a lot going on. I was technically a walk in, but I called that morning and they set me an appointment for a color. My hair was a orange copper and I wanted a dark blonde. Owner stated she was unable to color my hair the color I wanted but would get close. She weaved layers through my hair applying the lightener. She got my hair blonde, but left the rest the same copper color. Stated I would have to come in and go through another process because she didn’t have time to do the whole thing. I was charged $150 for a half color job when the entire thing could’ve been accomplished. I would’ve understood the $150 then. The ambiance lacked professionalism and it was all over a very stressful situation.

I wanted to get some spa treatments while I was in town and the place wasn't open on the day I wanted to come in. I did make it in another time and the owner was treating me like I was some kind of trailer trash, so I just left.
