I took my tie to the El Monte Sloans on Garvey and they destroyed my favorite tie!  Needless to say, my coat was not even cleanly pressed.  I'm not sure if they even cleaned it?  I have a bad habit of not inspecting my clothes once I pick it up.  Therefore, I looked at my clothes several months later and I don't have any receipts to back-up my favorite tie.  They do a poor job here, I would not recommend this place.  I'm not sure how the other Sloans locations are, but beware of this one.  Terrible job.
