Definitely disappointed. Service was subpar. The person who took our order was very underwhelming. There were only two pastries available and almost no seating inside. I’m sure this is a great place for students to get coffee. Just not suitable for any other demographic. The gingerbread latte was disgusting and the chai was just ok. They do offer alternative milks for no extra fee which was one of the only pleasantly surprising aspects of the visit. The gingerbread cake was good. Dietary restrictions: Almond and oat alternative milks. Parking: Limited number of spots due to students staying all day and sharing with the restaurant next door. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Out door patio leads to a parking lot and next to an alley.
SlowBloom has some of the highest quality and well thought out coffee drinks and roasted coffee beans I have ever had! Not to mention the lovely staff all comparatively own the business meaning the care and effort they put in comes back to them and not to some money hungry ceo. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp entrance and plenty of space in the bathroom.
Cute coffee shop! Friendly staff and delicious lattes! I ordered the gingerbread latte and caffe de olla, it was delightful! The seating outside is nice on a warm sunny day!Food: 5/5
Priorities first: This place has great coffee! The location and atmosphere makes for an excellent 3rd space for locals. ….Cons: it’s cramped inside. persistent in and out traffic and full seating space makes avoiding bumping into someone a game, it’s not very comfortable. thankfully there is a lot of patio space to go to once you survive ordering inside. Kid-friendliness: Queer friendly
This place is nice, but it's more likely a social club or place to stay. It's not a quit place to students or people need to stay and work in a quite place. Coffee is good quality and overall good price, but it's hard to find a seat, a place to seat and stay calm while you are working. Atmosphere is too loudly. It is a good place to stay with friends, but not for people need to study or work.
I ordered a Gingerbread Latte and a vegan pumpkin loaf. The latte was perfectly smooth and cozy. And the loaf was rich and fluffy. One of the best lattes I’ve had in a while.Food: 5/5
No joke, their vanilla latte with oat milk may have been the best coffee drink I have ever had, ever. Been to 14 countries and it was the best ever. Sooo good, the coffee beans are super high quality. The line moves quickly, cool space to work out of.
Best speciality coffee in the area hands down. Love getting beans from them too Service: 5/5
Such a great find in Redlands! Don’t go to Starbucks, come here. Great cappuccino. Great vibes. Hard working and friendly employees and they are open later in the evening! Stopped here after mountain biking SART, was tired and hot and so delighted after finding this place! Will be back next time I visit Redlands.Food: 5/5
Coffee is my love besides my wife. Finding coffee spots is where it’s at, Slow Bloom is one of those spots you need to add to your list. The employees are extremely friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable on what their selling. I love the atmosphere of this coffee spot, you have the option of sitting inside and outside. Plenty of space to hangout with family and friends while enjoying an excellent cup of coffee. While we were there, it’s was consistently busy which is what you want to see in a small business coffee shop. Make this your new spot, drop the coffee giants and find you a spot like Slow Bloom. The coffee itself was something else. I got a black cold brew and a shot of expresso. How they make their expresso let’s me know how they make and treat their coffee. The roast, blend, and notes were amazing. I often get looks from my wife for ordering a shot but talking with the employees about their shots lets me know their knowledge and excitement in making coffee. Slow Bloom Coffee is where it’s at and a small business you want to support, head there now and make it your daily coffee spot!
