It's a nice place. While it's location might make you question shopping here I find the store to be well kept and the employees to be friendly and knowledgeable.  Of course they don't have anything in stock most items are in within a week, my Lay Z Boy recliner too 10 days. I like this place much better than the smaller locally owned stores in town who's prices don't match the quality or service. 
I will return to this store when I need new furniture.

Went here for there year end sale and the people there are very helpful. I knew what I was going to get as it was in there ad. I got a sectional sofa that was $3300 for $953 which was a great deal because of the sale they were having. The sofa is super comfortable and seems very well built. If you want good furniture, with a good deal Sulmberland is your place.

I haven't heard good things about the furniture here, but I have been in the store a few times to consider some furniture anyway. The first time was ok and I was really thinking I may buy some furniture here, but the second time was a very negative experience. I was put off when the sales lady told me a couch I've been watching that was $740 normally was "on sale for their showroom remodeling" for $882." I'm not surprised as I realize that's what most stores do when doing liquidation type sales. Even though I was annoyed, I stayed to check out other furniture and that same sales person just followed us around the store trying to strike up conversation the whole time when i really just wanted to look around and didn't show any sign that I was buying anything.

I bought a nice mattress... It is comfortable and it has a good quality... They have many types of furniture such as sofas, tables, closets... Very friendly staff... A big place for shopping... It is highly recommended

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We purchased a bunk bed and it had a defective part that was too long for the frame. I contacted the store immediately and spoke to Asher. Asher said he would speak to the warehouse manager but assured me that someone would come out to our house that day (Friday). After waiting for a call for 2 1/2 hours, I called back and spoke to Asher again. He put me on hold and then said that the warehouse manager was too busy and couldn't come out to our home until the next week Monday or Tuesday. My response was that was unacceptable and he said "well you should've paid the $100 and let us do it right."  I then requested a refund and he responded arrogantly "you signed a contract that states no returns or refunds." I hung up afterwards and called corporate. Asher was the most unprofessional employee that I've ever dealt with and we will no longer be a Slumberland customer due to this experience.
