This has to be the best place to find a mattress in all of the Brainerd lakes area we just got two for the cabin. Greatest  in store service. Rick the Sales man even pulled some strings and got us same day delivery and setup free it was amazing. My wife figured it would take weeks to get the beds. I guess she’s not always right. Thanks Rick for the great service

I'm always greeted when I walk in this store, however it's always by someone who wants to make a sale. I get this is the point of a store, however I like to look around, investigate stuff myself to some extent. I don't like the salesman attitude, nor do I care for the upselling, like "oh that ones good, but take a look at this one," which is $300.00 more. On this particular trip I was looking for a new bed, I am not poor, but I am cheap! I want the cheapest thing I can get that won't break my back. Didn't matter what I said to the lady, the bed I wanted wasn't any good, even though I thought it was comfortable. Sadly they are one of the few larger furniture stores in my area, which drives me to them.

Worst couch shopping experience ever. We went in to slumber land since they had an advertisement in the local paper for a couch love seat set. The sales Lady who came to help us had never heard of the couch set that we were looking for and asked her colleagues if they had, None of them heard of the Kent collection that was in the paper ad, We explained to her what we were looking for, non leather and it had to recline she tried to up sell us on much much more expensive sets that we didnt want and she insisted that we look at all these other sets of furniture that either was leather or didnt recline  until we had to finally leave while shes trying to drag us around the store showing us leather couches that did not recline that we told her from the beginning we did not want  ! O and also she before we left had to show us one thats "Just like The One in the ad and has the same comfort and sit style as the advertised one " Although she supposedly never heard of the Advertised Couch set .. so how would she know how its sits and looks and feels ..also it was double the price !
